He did acknowledge that some folks get through the cracks, and get re-scored 'early', but 1 score per year per applicant is the official policy. I'd still give it a try, fwiw.
Hmm. I was under the impression that
each internal rec got your application scored, so guys were spacing there internal recs out by a few months each, assuming they had like 2 or 3 internal recs. If an applicant can only be scored once per year - regardless of how many internal email recs are sent in and regardless of how many job fairs you attend, that is news to me - and quite a big difference from how I understood it to work.
Of course, I have no official basis on why I originally thought you would be scored
PER internal rec, but I just assumed that was the way it worked. Either way, thanks for clarifying.
