Your app can be scored more than once per year. It's just the policy on an internal Rec triggering a score that is once per year. Officially.
Keep in mind, because it's manually scored by multiple people, it's a huge time suck given the courtesy the company extends to its pilots. Thus the policy limiting it takes something the company deems 'reasonable'. But again, folks slip through the cracks, so give it a try once per quarter or so. Good luck!
