Probably 1.5-2 years from your date of hire but from what I have seen I would say only 50% of the FOs with 1000 are actually ready to upgrade and the others could definately use some more time and experience. 1000 hrs is not all that much time so it all depends on how fast you learn and how your prepare yourself for that upgrade during your time in the right seat. Don't be the guy that talks about upgrading only a few months after IOE when he still doesn't know how much hold fuel we have.
