I don't know of any of my friends at other regionals who haven't had the same issues (and many worse ones). PSA has had growing pains. But what do you expect for an airline that has doubled in size in less than a year? The point is to get in, get your time, and get out. Not make it a nice place to stay. The sooner you leave the regionals, the sooner you can make some meaningful money and the sooner you can start socking away for your retirement. The sooner the better (compounding interest yada yada)... It is what it is. A regional that offers a very quick upgrade. The factors that make that possible can equal out to some negatives as well. And besides, with the way the hiring is going to be over the next 5 years, no one should wait around for American to come calling. There will be opportunities to go elsewhere for many and many of the people currently on property will be gone before their number is called.
Just saying, they don't tell new hires this information, all they say is how fast you'll be a Captain. By the way last couple of upgrade classes have had a 50% pass rate...This company is a joke, its run by a bunch of inbred ****s from ohio, moral is at an all time low right now...
