All I did was read the first few lines of the ALPA age 65 survey to know ALPA was on board with the change. Whenever you see a survey with carefully crafted sentences, you know immediately there is an agenda behind it, for instance:

What it should have said:
1. Do you support raising the retirement age to 65?
a. yes
b. no

What it said:
1. If the age 65 rule was discussed as a possible alternative to the current oppressive age 60 rule, do you think ALPA should take an active role in these pertinent discussions to ensure proper representation for the entire benefit of future generation...... 400 words later..... for the benefit of mankind.
a. agree
b. somewhat agree
c. agree, only if ALPA has a seat at the table
