I apologize, but I'm having trouble deciphering your first sentence.

The 24 hour 4-days are typically 5-4-4-5 leg trips and just fine if you ask me.

Typically it's always an odd number of legs on the first and last day and an even number on the middle days.

The biggest issue I see with pairings, are low credit 2-leg days.

Trips that finish at 9:40pm are still commutable.
