Yep, you got it. Sorta. United doesn't change their flight schedule like US Air does/did.
Although I find it hilarious you think the world revolves around pilots. News Flash, it doesn't, it revolves around the customer and the demand. US Airways tends to make a bunch of tweaks to maximize revenue where as United doesn't, giving more consistent schedules.
Personally, I'd rather have a more profitable company long term.
