The way retirements have gone... by the grace of corporate bought politicians, many will need to work past retirement age, regardless.
Last age increase (2008), occurred at the worst possible time, for those looking for employment, and there were a few.
On my 65th birthday, I will be at the zenith of my seniority and pay.
The choice should be available to those willing to extend that for 2 -3 years, without penalizing those who wish to retire.
