I agree with most everyone here. However all that risk must be priced into the pilot compensation. I'm not here to finance the growth. Also, this is not a hobby, it's currently my only income stream and while I have a family and qol is very important, it does have a price. Not ever working would be the best qol but then I wouldn't have any money. See what I'm getting at? Driving down a1a to work and watching fish jump isn't as great as it sounds if you're still one of the lowest paid airbus pilots in the country. This is not a hobby. The hobbyists are why people in this country and many others fly jets for next to nothing. No doctor drops a ton on med school and then works for peanuts. This is a profession and I expect professional compensation.
