I understand what your saying. However, this is much better than FedExing your Jepp Binders and Manuals to ATW before heading out to your NYE party.

I'll say this. There is zero excuse for any CA here to not move on within the next 33 months. Absolutely none. I don't get it. I fly with a number of guys in their late 30's/early 40s - ie not old at all - that are so content and aren't actively applying and trying to get out. It blows my mind. This model was never designed as a career. I get AWAC used to have incredible pay back in the day, but lets go! Get in and get out.

Even senior FO's dont have much of a an excuse to not get on with an LCC - JB/Spirit etc if not a legacy (assuming we are definitely done in 2018). Network, make yourself standout and be active.

Who knows what will happen between now and the next 33 months, but at least we still have jobs in the meantime while trying to move on and not starting over for far less pay.
