Absolutely great news for those there now, who are middle of the road seniority wise. Since no concessions are even being thought about, they can ride the "good times" while they work to GTFO.

Great for the junior CA's because they can get their ducks in a row before jumping ship (I'm talking to you, the "I can't afford the pay cut crowd).

Great for the senior to mid-level F/O's who will upgrade soon and start making some decent money, and be more competitive at the higher level carriers.

However, it's a little scary for the new hires, those extremely low on the seniority list, and those who didn't plan to ever go any where. But to be frank, they all know the gamble they are taking.
