First off it's 20/10 or 20/11 for the months that are 31 days long. Adjustments are made to make February a 30 day month.

3-4 days reserve at end of bid period. Go home on reserve? If your one of the special one's maybe, if your not, no way are you getting out of it, especially if your junior.

Oh, and what they have been doing recently is using people on their last reserve day and holding them out involuntarily on their days off. If you have a family or relationship you might as well chuck it out the window as they are not going to suffer with that cr*p for too long.

The company sometimes will give the option of either moving your days off or getting the extra pay. Most elect for the pay as they don't really have a life other than the sexual relations they have with the company, (or whatever little STD package they get in Wan Chai).

There is also the very good potential when your junior of working 20 days back to back and not bidding for it. It is pure torture, of course maybe your into that kind of thing. We have all types @ SAI.
