That's about as likely as PSA becoming the most respected pilot group in the industry!
I'm sure big money players have it down to a science. They know unemployed pilots need to stay current and will fly wherever they can if they had to. Comair guys are all over everyone's seniority lists. Some are flying routes they used to fly at Comair but for less money and a different badge.
It seems like we have two options...give them what they want and keep it going while making less money and paying more for benefits or fight for an even better contract and start looking for a new job come 2018.
