Where do you want pilots to go? MESA, who has been a bottom feeder for years and took airplanes from AAG when PSA voted no? SkyWest that doesn't even have a union?
It will be a good day when all of the regionals will not be able to staff their airplanes. But, for now, if you have previous 121 time, you will be making $63+/hr within 6 months at PSA. That isn't too bad for first year regional pay.
