How do we get AA pay rates with out Pay-banding? AA's Group 4 will pay CA $293/HR & FO $200/HR on 1/2016. That rate includes 777, 764, 787, 330, 350.
AA has 60 777s, 3 787s (w/ 38 more coming), and 21 330s...
THAT'S 123 compared to DELTA's 18 777s.
Group 1 = 190. Group 2=md80/320/737. Group 3=75/76. Group 4 = 330/350 787/777 Group 5= 747/380
