Hourly pay is an absolutely worthless variable from which to compare. There are too many outside factors that can change this greatly.
On a side note, what does AWAC pay during training (minimum? Per Diem? Average monthly income?)
I interviewed and received an offer from AWAC two weeks ago. They provided us a document outlining training pay:
Training pay is a flat fee of $66.00 per day (before taxes) while in ground and sim training. IOE is paid at the first year FO rate at minimum guarantee. Single occupancy hotel during training.
