training in ATW 4 weeks. 2 weeks indoc, 2 weeks systems, 3 tests. get paid during training the monthly guarantee. final day after systems test you are taken down to MKE to mx hanger and do your walk around and stuff. next day you are free to jumpseat/ nonrev home from MKE. hotel is downtown ATW, nice place and plenty of watering holes nearby and good food around, plenty to do, you can rent a car for $15 a day an go down to oshkosh or up to to green bay for the afternoon on the weekend. single occupancy, sims are in CVG, very few go to CLT. junior guys get about 2 weeks off. senior guys just a few days. stressful but fun time.
