Shred, a reserve pilot can pick up time above guarantee during transition. Call scheduling for how to do it.

Just adding a little clarification. If you're on short-call reserve you can pick up open time trips for the following day.
To clarify the clarification, You can pick up next day on reserve if you are on reserve the next day. it is not in addition to your guarantee unless you are already over guarantee.
