We didn't start full typing FOs till the August '13 class. And that took 6 months or more as they had to send everyone out to get the type because we couldn't do it in house yet. Every 80 FO hired before that and the first few AB FO classes are SIC only on their cert. Clock is ticking and I haven't heard anything solid about how they're going to take care of this.
