I'd respectfully disagree with the crap product comment. We buy tickets on Spirit, the Big Front Seats can often be obtained for less $ than a regular coach ticket on a legacy. Even with the regular seats, it's a great deal. I've also heard nothing but positive comments from family/friends who have flown on Spirit. We're sort-of undercover shoppers since we purchase tickets instead of using non-rev benefits.
