I had a similar fix it email. Do you have a work entry for every type of aircraft you have hours listed for? I made the mistake of thinking they only wanted 10 years of work history, so it didn't match until I listed my entire work history.
What about general aviation aircraft used during your initial PPL training that you were never employed to fly?
