This "just say no" smear is interesting. That's not what anybody here was arguing for. We were arguing for the continuation of negotiations until a better deal was reached. Instead, our guys
voluntarily stopped negotiations and signed a TA on their own. They did so outside of the Section 6 process without the company declaring it was their last best offer or an impasse being declared. Our guys bought off on the management-created ruse that the deal was time critical. Our guys were over matched amateurs and it was truly embarrassing.
Again, it's not about "just say no" it's about not running away scared.
