Either way, I wouldn't worry untill you are inside of 14 days till your interview date.
When I sent my request, I didn't receive a response till 12 days prior, I had also left a voice mail message with no prior response. This was for an April interview.
Yes, I got an auto email response. I also called a couple days ago and left a message but have not heard back from that either. My interview is in 2 weeks.
