Can anyone give me some guidance here on what you think? Airline Apps asks this question, "Can we contact your current employer"?

I'm just not sure what would be the best response. Personally, I don't care if they contact my current employer, but is there something I'm overlooking here? Application going into several of the majors currently hiring.
