2 problems for you dude.
1. 121/135 training equals firehose. Learn fast or wash out. That's just how it goes. You have to lean on your faster classmates if you are a bit slow. The company doesn't have the time, money, or patiences to deal with "your learning style" outside of a certain spectrum.
2. You are building a track record. Issues on CFI ride....washed out(your choice for other than personal emergencies is still wash out) of 121 training... The next company is going to see that track record and its going to follow you for a while. You probably will need to prove that you can accomplish a difficult fast paced program before someone will look at you again.

Edit: Drop the "flawed training program" line. It comes across as whiny, entitlement generation speak. You will be far better off with "I wasn't prepared for the pace and couldn't hack it. I chose to resign and regroup rather than fail out." That shows some semblence of maturity. Go take one of those ATP-esqe jet transition courses and try again.
