Line bidding has yet to be adjudicated, but I'll wait and see. This judge has ruled in our favor before. Unlike MG, I'm not going to assume or predict how the judge will rule, But I think the move on IBTs part to strike and pull this lecherous executive group in to court has served our cause very well. We gave shed light on their neglect and hopefully will continue to do so. Look at the stock. No regrets, whatever the outcome. The nice guy approach was going nowhere and we would still be playing patty cake 10 years from now.
If company execs are later found to have fibbed about Merlot they will be fined a few thousand $ which they'll grab off their coffee table on the way out to work.....Gordon is not going to rule that you lied so paper bidding is back. PBS is now the status quo, to get line bidding back will mean spending negotiating capital.
