and just to add a little more because some of that could be misunderstood. It's not that the contract isn't a big deal it's just that us new guys don't know any different. These guys have been fighting for a contract for near 5 years. They deserve whatever it is they are asking for I am sure....it's just that the guys getting hired with me have no idea what needs to be changed because we've never done it so it really shouldn't be an issue to us....unless the talks go on for another while longer...then we can start having opinions. Until then....I say as ASA sits it is competitive with the rest...once the contract is signed it will be better- Don't let the negotitations be a huge factor. It will be what it will be and at our stage in the career we can't ask for much. We knew it would suck and still chose to.
