Republic has the issue of mainline flying as mentioned above... we don't matter in that scheme of things. We also have the added pressure of no dues to the Teamsters until we sign a contract.

Sun Country waited all this time because the majority of pilots were "just happy to be here" until recently. Hard to pressure the company to the table when most pilots don't care. We care... a lot.
