It's not possible, scope limits what we will get, Every major wants rid of 50 seaters which we're loaded with, and our 175's are a replacement for 2 50 seaters which helps staffing. Don't be scared to say no to this package we're still going to be needed by Skywest and our mainline partners. Vote for what you think you're worth not some easily manipulated garbage profit sharing plan.
