They want them to negotiate something away for for what they would offer anyway for their OWN interests. The AA flow will end up roughly equal for all their in-house regionals in the future. Everyone will have to share. PSA will get a percentage and then Envoy must agree to that as well or get flushed. In fact, of all the in-house regionals at AA, Envoy is on the shakiest ground due to their several hundred strong stable of captains on 18 year pay that will only leave horizontally, blue and unresponsive. AAG isn't transferring their long-term CRJ's away from them for nothing, nor would they be willing to flush 700 perfectly good pilots they will NEED down the crapper to other carriers.

Skyvector DOES have a great future as a used car salesman though.
