We are a corporate 91 department, operating several jets, both large cabin and small. We have had requests from our maintenance people to give them some specific engine run and taxi training on the different models. Has anyone here developed a training program outline and if so would you be willing to share with me what you came up with?

We don't plan on sending them to FS or another training provider for this, and everything I find in my search is tailored to airline maintenance training and has a lot more to it that we really need.
