(the flow requirement) To add insult to injury after guys were eligible to flow AE/AA tried to hold them at eagle saying that it would cause to much detriment to AE's operation. In addition the flow-through stated that each new hire class at AA had to consist of at least 50% AE pilots. Never happened. By the way the AE flow ups received their AA seniority numbers when the took their initial check ride on the jet. So they were stuck, many still, at AE while new people off the street (junior to them) where flying at AA. It all looked great on paper but turned into a goat
****** in its implementation. I hope the NWA agreement works out much better for you.

PS

AMR has owned Eagle since 1984 (maybe 86'). So the AE flow up guys had been working for and contributing to AMR profits (ergo AA profit sharing checks) for over 16 years when this was going down.
I certainly agree with your position on this (can't argue facts!). It just seems odd to me that I'm the only one on here who seems to be slightly concerned about this. Thanks for contributing to the discussion, hopefully others will add to it.
