That gouge is pretty spot-on. I interviewed 8 days ago. CP gave a presentation on the company/schedules/pay. HR gave presentation on benefits.

Panel Interview- DO and same HR lady. Why do you currently want to leave your emoyer? Any violations/accidents/incidents/failures? How has being an FO in 121 airline helped to prepare you for your career? Explain a time you had an emergency/difficulty in flight and had to use training/procedure to get the job done. What would you do if you showed up to work and your captain seemed intoxicated? Why SAI? (I told the DO that I wanted to try something new and gain some valuable time for my resume to make me more competive for my career and he surprisingly agreed with me saying he doesn't expect people to stay). Would you prefer the 777 or 737 (I said 777 because Id be commuting from LGA/JFK and we have no DL or AA jumpseat so the commute would be impossible). That's it, really just a "get to know you" type of experience. I didn't have a single technical question.

Sim- desktop type sim MD-80 with a yoke and throttles. You have a flight director. There's a guy next to you that handles all ATC, flaps, speeds, and autopilot panel inputs for the FD. The CP was the examiner/ATC. Brief and fly the Canarsie climb off 31L at JFK. Once outbound, given the published hold for ILS 31L. Explain the entry and the speed and you won't have to fly it. Brief and fly the ILS 31L. Breakout and freeze the sim because it crashes. That was it.

I did the morning interview. There were 3 of us. Left HQ at 11:00 and I had an email for a 777 class at 12:00. Really just show up, be cool, be yourself, and be honest. They definitely aren't looking for Chuck Yeager.
