If you go with Traeger (I don't own one), check out the Delta Perks website. I think there's a discount that may or may not be a good deal.

Also check out Traeger wood pellet grills. Excellent smoker. Digital thermostat lets you set it and forget about it. Also has a cold smoke option for cheeses and such.
