Parents can make their own listings if you set them up a user name and password. Domestic travel is not free for parents, it's around $25 per segment including taxes. Domestic travel is only free for the employee and their spouse. International travel is free for employees and their spouse as long as you pay the respective taxes which ranges from $20-100 per round-trip depending on the country.
