The point is that sick leave abuse is both provable and a serious enough offense to be terminated. Pilots aren't being terminated for sick leave abuse. It's a pretty important distinction. I've never understood why pilots are so willing to believe the worst of their fellow pilots
without any proof of the alleged wrongdoing.
Pilots win when we refuse to believe management propaganda of systemic sick leave abuse.
