I think "stay away" is a bit strong. A company that offers above average pay for the equipment flown, 100% health & dental insurance coverage, 2 weeks paid vacation and the possibility to upgrade in 6 months is definitely worth a look in my opinion. Netjets is no doubt a great company to work for, as long as you're happy keeping the right seat warm for the foreseeable future.
It's especially a bit strong when the individual who makes the statement doesn't have any experience with the company. My two cents.
As for the schedule - Still just the rumors of a change. Nothing from management yet.
