When pilots upgrade below you because you don't have the time, that means your upgrade length increases. The longer this occurs after you are hired, it exponentially makes it worse. This is happening at Compass right now as well and probably Mesa. PSA's crutch is that the 50 seat aircraft will be parked and the new hires are probably not factoring that in their 'upgrade' projections
