You don't have the upgrade minimums when they come to you. Those junior to you with the time upgrade. When the upgrades reach the bottom of the list, that is even worse for those with little 121 time, since that effectively pushes your upgrade threshold from 50-55% to 35-40%. That means you will have to rise to 35-40% on the list before you can upgrade. Because 10-20% of the pilots below you have taken spots already.

This is the problem with APC. The moderators are impotent and refuse to just kick trolls out. It serves little value and more members are wannabe pilots than actual pilots. It is frustrating, yet we all come back for more. There is no way that the nonsense on here would happen on any professional type forum.
The moderators don't kick people out for stating the realities of the industry. They do kick out people who revert to name calling and attacks like you have done.
