And remember there are no 6 year FOs - Eagle didn't hire off the street for quite a while after 9/11. So 4 and 5 year FOs will be upgraded in '07. Right now there are many upgrades going on. That is because the AA guys are being called back. There were about 400 of them here. Not sure how many are still around. But once all the flowback are gone and all the 6-9 year fo's get there upgrade then it will go back to 1-5 upgrades per month. There needs to be growth to see upgrades below 4 years.
