The moderators don't kick people out for stating the realities of the industry. They do kick out people who revert to name calling and attacks like you have done.

You are making your cause worse.
While you'll eventually be right, as of this moment you are not. We are still set to be almost 100% bigger than we are today in 2 years time. What you are saying makes sense(kinda) if we had just received our last acft. That is simply not the case. Even if your "doomsday" scenario of parking 200 actually occurs(it won't.....yet) we will still see a net growth of almost 30 acft in the next 2 years. Lastly your above numbers assume no attrition among the ranks of those junior pilots who are upgrading. Many of those cats have thousands upon thousands of hours and the one thing holding them back is PIC. A lot of them will move on very quickly.
