Can order as many rj's as you want you still need pilots to fly them. simple fact of the matter is delta couldn't yank rah's flying and just hand it to some other regional and see the reliability and efficiency improve. the only hope any regional has today of attracting enough pilots to fly their crappy flying is quick upgrades and that ship has sailed for most.
