I doubt he's a recruiter, he's just countering the negitivity everywhere. The regional "pride" is over. Mostly because regional selection process is over. Your don't need a letter of rec to get on at ASA. Delta doesn't own them anymore, and the current wave of ASA new hires are no more likely to be at Delta than anyone else. It's now a stampede of cattle to the feeding trough and the more pic time you can get the bigger your horns are.
Mainline looks at regionals like you do this this. What company took at your trash last year? We're they union or non-union? Do they have better work rules and pay contract than the company that use to take out your trash? Does it infuriate you that your garbage man is now pay capped if he decides to make a career at it?
They don't care, they don't wanna care, they ain't never gonna care. In truth, it is infuriating that that's the way it is. Eagle did get screwed, but that doesn't chage the reality that it will only cost you more if you let it.
