All our guys do go to FSI to get taxi rated in the different aircraft. Don't know what kind of airport you're operating at. But, I found this http://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/m...0-5210-20a.pdf and it seems to have what you are looking for. The appendixes have a training outline and sample written test. I think it is mostly intended for vehicle operations but I think it includes mechanics taxiing aircraft as well. You would have to tailor more to your needs.
