Those numbers work if we are able to find that many pilots (very shallow pool available) and AA keeps hiring (anything could happen). I believe it is as advertised, but would assume 5-7 years from today for flow. In the meanwhile you will upgrade relatively quickly and have the option to apply elsewhere If you want.

I guess the multiplier would increase by additional 1 or 2 after PDT acquires jets at the end of year.

Do you think after committing 1 yr on the dash, even the new hires will be able to move over to the jets? I heard majors would place pilots with more hours on turboprops on smaller planes like 737 vs 777

I am putting more emphasis on the long run (flow) instead of chasing a quick upgrade or no reserve time like PSA even tho PSA seems like the place to go and it is my option but . It seems like there are more experienced and matured pilots at PDT where I can grow as a professional pilot and I'm just not sure which path to take.
