My dilemma with xjt is the fact that they only have 50 seat jets. I think the contract is great, but see no shot in getting back to Chicago anytime soon from what I read on here. If you would've been hired 5 years ago you would have been on reserve for a very long time. Getting on now means a very short reserve stay as we are hitting record attrition numbers. You'd move up faster than you think. Our recruiting framework has been laid and I think there will be many more newhires coming in soon.
As for the 50 seat thing. They will be replaced eventually.
