My dilemma with xjt is the fact that they only have 50 seat jets. I think the contract is great, but see no shot in getting back to Chicago anytime soon from what I read on here. If you're gonna be stuck on reserve you mine as well have our work rules. 12 days off in a 31 day month where some places only get 11 or worse 10 (among a lot of other things). Also if we can just have a steady stream of people come through here we can start to upgrade and get movement. PM me if you want some more details on reserve rules or XJT in general.
