Long time reader - first time post.

I wonder what some investors know to cause the stock to rise nearly 25% in about a week... crazy. The last earnings report did outperform expectations but mainly due to 5% increase on the charter side...at least that's how I understood it.

I wonder if there is some other deal yet to be announced that is driving all the hiring - over and above attrition. You guys heard anything on the line???... or just standard expansion and growth.
