why, well thats easy, because leaving that much money in someone elses hands for over a year and only if they dont figure out a way to lose it is a bad thing. do the contract first and give us the raises then move a bunch of ps to even higher rates
managment will find a way to f it up, and we will get left holding the bag, no thank you
