We have another way to see our pay checks now. They are available through ADP.
You can set the ADP to send an email so you know when the paycheck pdf is available (usually the same day as the snail mail paycheck).
If you want to know the numbers 3-4 days in advance you're still stuck with the green screen. I do have a MagicWebFX spreadsheet that can give you your gross based on your pay summary numbers. It also does a good job of estimating your net pay.
